Deadly Sin Pride
Rating: PG - 13 I guess.
Notes: Deoneta betaread it all, thanks a thousand times! If you count Red, I did the seven sins. But don't read those stories with Red in mind: it's absolutely NOT the same style. Anyway, I hope you enjoy them.
Word Count: 100 exactly except for the last one, Pride, which is too long.

 

I, Nesknigtur, mighty guardian of the Great Ring, have lived for centuries to protect the sacred treasure of my ancestors. My teeth, hard as steel, have ripped apart the limbs of my enemies. My eyes, cold as night, have filled their hearts with terror. My fur, white as snow, has been tainted countless times by their warm blood.

Yet today I have been defeated. Four giant, unafraid intruders have made me their captive, and humiliated me with their condescending gestures and their strange gibberish.

« Isn't he cute? »

« He absolutely is. Look at his little paw! »

« What is he anyway? An alien rabbit? »

« I guess so. Oh, Jack, can I bring him home? »

Kill me now, barbarian! Kill me as a warrior!
